amazing location friendly staff small room old carpets
The location was amazing! it was right in the heart of everything, and i could walk to most sights. the staff were also friendly. They were very helpful.
The room was a bit small. also, the carpets looked very old and not pristinely clean. It bothered me quite a bit.

unreliable climate control disruptive street noise
I encountered a few issues that dampened my stay. The room's climate control was unreliable. I could not adjust the temperature, and it remained too cold for my liking. the noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially late at night. The window insulation seemed inadequate, and I could hear traffic and pedestrian noise quite clearly. I really needed better sleep.

awesome hotel with great service!
clean room rooftop bar
the room was cleaned daily. free coffee and filtered water were available. the rooftop bar offered a great bonus. the hotel is close to the empire state building, times square, and rockefeller center.
some towels showed wear. i noticed running threads on some older towels. new linens would be beneficial.

great location coffee machine tea selection old hotel squeaky bed worn out towels
The location was fantastic. It was near many main attractions. It was also a short walk to the metro station. The hotel provides a complimentary coffee machine. I could fill my water bottle with teas.
The hotel is old. The bed felt soft and squeaky. I also noticed the towels were old and worn out.
